Certificate of the Russian maritime register of shipping 00.017.120 of 28.06.2000. The device allows to work both with ordinary converters, and with converters in underwater execution.
Appointment:
Measurement of thickness of underwater and surface designs of products and knots from metal and nonmetallic materials (sheets, capacities, pipes, pipelines, case and other designs; including strongly corroded, corroded, with a scum, etc.) in the course of their operation or after production (including under paint).
Technical characteristics:
Work with converters for underwater works with length of cable up to 60 m
Range of controlled thickness of T from 0,8 to 200 mm
Speed of distribution of ultrasound of 1000 - 9999 m/s
Main error of measurement, no more, than ± (0,005T +0,02) mm

Temperature range is from-10 to +40 °C (from-30 to +50 °C - by request)
Principle of work: the feeler gage on the land, the converter on a long cable - under water.
Features:
Allows to control onto an underwater metalwork when using special converters (in underwater execution) on a long cable. Provides LED indication of acoustic contact on converters in underwater execution. For control of land designs can work together with a probrazovatel of Pipe Metallurgic Company for measurement of thickness of metals under sheetings, and also with other converters from the list for Damask steel 1S.
Delivery set:
Converters for underwater works: P112-5-10/2-A (or P112-10-6/2A, for choice) for underwater works in the special case with LED indication of acoustic contact and cable of 30 m long - 1 piece. Note: the quantity, structure, length of a cable can be changed in coordination with the customer.
