The ASS unit is intended for crude production of marginal wells on the tubing string by swabs, collecting and delivery of products of wells to collection points, neutralizations of associated gases, carrying out maintenance functions using swabbing in the conditions of the moderate macroclimatic area at an ambient air temperature from - 40 °C to + 40 °C.
When swabbing in tubing string on depth of 200 - 300 meters lower the special piston — the swab supplied with the check valve. At downward motion the piston passes through itself liquid, at rise the valve is closed, and all liquid which has appeared over the piston rises together with it.
Further there is a pumping of the lifted liquid from a well in a tanker.
The unit is developed in 3 modifications:
1. To ASS - 1 (KAMAZ - 43118 chassis) it is intended for a front entrance to a well, management from the driver's cabin.
2. to 3ACC (KAMAZ - 63501 chassis) it is intended for a back entrance to a well, the tankage of 5,5 m3, a towing capacity on the main winch of 7 t.
3. to 5ACC (KAMAZ - 43118 chassis) it is intended for a back entrance to a well, has an additional cabin for swabbing implementation, a towing capacity on the main winch of 7 t, products are pumped in capacity out of the unit, work together with a tanker, the cabin of management is installed separately, as on truck cranes.
