APPOINTMENT:
The offered device is intended for milling of castle grooves on the pro-thinned-out bar in the conditions of a building site or in stationary shop conditions. Is exposed to processing both glued, and a bar from the massif. The device allows to receive high-quality castle connections with sufficient productivity for co-perpendicular walls and partitions. With the help "-Erkerny" - devices production of erkerny connections at an angle the 45th hail is carried out.
SCOPE:
It is applied in wooden housing construction.
PRINCIPLE OF ACTION:
The frame with the milling car is established in a vice bases which fastens directly on the processed bar in a zone of an arrangement of future groove. The frame with a milling cutter can move in the cross direction on the device basis. Set of movements of a milling cutter in the longitudinal and cross directions allow to make a groove of necessary width and depth. "-Erkernoye" - the device represents the special mobile basis - a vice having the required angular groove in the right place of a bar and providing use of the top frame with a milling cutter of the main set for exact execution of the right or left corner the 45th hail. In a design "-erkerny" - devices there is a mechanism of an exact adjustment of corners the 45th hail.
