The water counter with a pulse exit of STVU UK-100 State Duma

• Accuracy

Tests of the counter revealed that throughout service life it steadily keeps the declared metrological characteristics.

• Reading of indications

  The calculating mechanism provides display of indications in m ³ and its shares. On a scale of the calculating mechanism there is an alarm asterisk providing increase in resolution of the counter. STVU counters as a rule, are installed on knots of the commercial accounting of water. Often approach to the counter is complicated, sometimes it is not possible at all. For such cases it is recommended to use the counter with remote reading of indications. In standard execution the counter is equipped with the MEADE sensor that allows to retrofit quickly the device the digital module the MFA.

  Besides, the counter can to be equipped with the standard pulse sensor (DG).

• Principle of work

  The principle of operation of counters is based on measurement of speed of the turbine rotating with a speed proportional to a consumption of the water proceeding in the pipeline. Rotation of an axis of a turbine is transmitted through the magnetic coupling to the calculating mechanism by which indications determine an amount of water, passed through the counter. The dry, pressurized in a separate cavity, calculating mechanism will transform turbine speed to indications of the otschetny device. Structurally counters consist of the case, the measuring camera and the calculating mechanism placed in a glass from not magnetic material.
