Thermal AKO-80N line

The device of contact processing (zharochny surface) is intended to AKO - 80N for direct frying of meat, fish and vegetable dishes. All regulators and control lamps are on the forward panel. The temperature regulator allows to maintain water temperature from 30 C to 300 C. The surface for roasting has a trench for the flowing - down liquid and is supplied on perimeter with the side allowing to prevent fat spraying.
