Commitment to thermooil level ThermoStar furnaces with oven surface from 15 to
52 sq. m are explained by their ability to provide ideal uniformity of pastries, good
thermal stability and thin ideally propechenny crust of bread. Transfer of energy on
to comparison with cyclothermal furnaces occurs more effectively and it is shown in more
low consumption - to 10% . For rational use of the room of bakery
it is possible to complete thermooil furnaces from bigger number of tiers (from 4 to 12 pieces)
for baking of different types of products in combination with Asistent autolanders,
which serve for service of furnaces.
