provides traditional oven
process from precisely set temperature
curve and the best properties of pastries as at
classical steam furnace.
In addition, the furnace possesses unique
microcirculation for achievement of golden
crust which is shown in oven tiers
with height from 300 mm. In combination with built - in
thermooil copper represents more
the simple decision without use of boiler room.
