Thermoshrinkable BSF-5540A car (semiautomatic device)

It is intended for packing of different types of production (food, drinks, medical supplies, hardware, cosmetics, books, toys and many other things) in a thermoshrinkable film of various types. The BSF - 5540A model is irreplaceable for industrial production.
Principle of work:
During the work on BSF - 5540A the operator places a product in a film (semi - sleeve) then in the thermoshrinkable camera, manually lowers a cap, the packing cycle automatically joins (a zapayka of a film and its further shrinkage), the packed product is removed from the camera by means of the conveyor and then gets on a roller tray which rolls down on a table.
The film in such car fits a product on a contour, then in the heating camera she densely "takes seat" thermoshrinkable films on the basis of PVC and polyolefin Are used.
Fine mechanical and optical properties of a polyolefin film (durability on a puncture, a gap and big transparency) and also its environmental friendliness allow to improve quality of packing. The polyolefin film is frost - resistant and has stable barrier properties.
