Thermoshrinkable packages for packaging for euro pallets, pallets

For packaging of large volumes of products on pallets often use stretch-film. However this way of packaging has number of the negative moments:
- because of the small thickness of stretch-film it is necessary to use film, winding loads in several layers;
- high probability of rupture of packaging because of the small durability of stretch-film;
- fixing of load only in the cross direction, i.e. compression of load of sbok, and from above the load is not recorded.
The film stretch is not capable without additional methods of fastening to reliably hold load (products) on pallet and the more so completely to protect from rain or snow.

Plastic thermoshrinkable bags are urged to replace the existing packaging method pallet in stretch-film. Market researches have shown that this type of packaging completely is repaid not only economically, but also from the point of view of functionality as the finished goods receive absolute gryaze-and water protection from all directions.

Advantages of thermoshrinkable packages to packaging of products on pallets:
- protects products from damages at stage of its delivery to the consumer;
- allows to optimize storage and transportation of the created packages in the conditions of big freght traffic;
- reduction of volume of packaging at the expense of dense obtyagivaniye of goods;
- rather smaller mass of films;
- protects product from atmospheric actions (including resistance to low and high temperatures);
- ease of packaging (gas hot-water bottle, blowtorch, in thermotunnel and other sources of high temperature);
- high qualification of workers is not required.
