Tire support on rated voltage from 35 to 1150 kV are intended for fastening of wires (tires), and tire support on rated voltage 330, 500 kV also, for installation of high - frequency zagraditel and motionless contacts of suspended disconnectors and grounding conductors in open distributing devices of alternating current.

Design:

Structurally tire support on tension from 35 yes 750 kV, for fastening of wires or pipes, consist of insulators, with the shinoderzhatel fixed on them. Insulators represent insulating columns from one, two or three elements. Tire support for fastening of wires on tension of 330, 500 and 750 kV can be in addition supplied with basic racks.
Tire support on tension of 330 and 500 kV for installation of motionless contacts of suspended disconnectors and grounding conductors for installation of high - frequency zagraditel consist of two in parallel the established columns of insulators.
Tire support on the rated voltage of 1150 kV consist of the following main parts: frames, basic isolation, shinoderzhatel and screens.
The frame is a basic design of a support and is intended for assembly on it to basic isolation. Basic isolation represents the pyramidal design executed from three inclined columns of the insulators connected for durability by rigidity belts. On the top flanges of insulating columns the plate on which the shinoderzhatel and screens fastens is established.
In tire support on tension of 330, 500, 750 and 1150 kV screens which are intended for protection of the top elements of support against a koronirovaniye and for improvement of distribution of tension on height of an insulating column in addition are installed.

Service conditions:

- ambient temperature: from - 60 to + 45 °C;
- ice crust thickness at ice: 20 mm;
- installation height above sea level (by default) - 1000 m;
- the maximum wind pressure at ice (corresponds to the speed of wind of 15 m/s) - 140 Pas;
- the maximum wind pressure in the absence of ice (corresponds to the speed of wind of 40 m/s) - 1000 Pas;
