CALCULATION OF DESIGNS OF VESSELS AND DEVICES ON DURABILITY AND STABILITY
The TRADE WIND program is intended for calculation of durability and stability of vessels, devices and their elements for the purpose of an assessment of the bearing ability in operating conditions, and also in test conditions and installation.
The program is calculated on application at design, reconstruction and diagnostics of vessels and devices, and also when carrying out testing calculations of objects oil processing, chemical, petrochemical, gas, oil and other allied industries of the industry, and is recommended by Rostekhnadzor.
The program works in the environment of Windows XP/7.
Advantage of the TRADE WIND in comparison with similar foreign programs consists in orientation to the Russian regulatory base, the smaller price, intuitively clear Russian - speaking interface, the built - in base of the Russian materials and standard elements.
The program consists of the following modules.
The basic TRADE WIND module perfroms calculation of durability and stability of horizontal and vertical vessels and devices for the domestic normative documents (ND). Calculation is carried out as on a basis as last collection of GOST P 52857. (1 - 12) - 2007, and GOST 14249 - 89 preceding it, GOST 25221 - 82, GOST 26202 - 84, GOST 24755 - 89, RD 26 - 15 - 88, RD RTM 26 - 01 - 96 - 77, RD 10 - 249 - 98, OST 26 - 01 - 64 - 83, RD 26 - 01 - 169 - 89, RD24 - 200 - 21 - 91, etc.
Calculation on durability and stability of devices of columned type taking into account wind loadings and seismic influences is carried out by means of the PASSAT - Kolonny module. Calculation is carried out on the basis of GOST P 51273 - 99, GOST P 51274 - 99.
Calculation on durability and stability of heatexchange devices of kozhukhotrubchaty type, and also AVO (air coolers) is carried out by means of the PASSAT - Teploobmenniki module on the basis of GOST P 52857.7 - 2007, RD 26 - 14 - 88, GOST 30780 - 2002.
Calculation on durability and stability of horizontal and vertical vessels taking into account loadings from seismic influences is available by means of the PASSAT - Seysmika module on the basis of CTO - CA - 03.003 - 2009. (Vessels and devices. Norms and methods of calculation on durability. Calculation on seismic influences. The standard of association of the expert organizations of technogenic objects of the increased danger of "Rostekhekspertiz").
Calculation on durability and stability of vertical steel cylindrical tanks for CTO - CA - 03 - 002 - 2011, including from wind, snow and seismic influences, is carried out by means of the PASSAT - Rezervuary module.
Additional function is calculation of insert of the union in feedwells and the convex bottoms, and also reinforcing flanges from influence of pressure and external loadings according to traditional American and British documents (PASSAT - Shtutser module). Calculation is carried out on the basis of norms of calculation on durability of the equipment ASME Sec. VIII, ASME Sec. II, WRC - 107, WRC - 297.
Calculations are made elementwise, and include:

##врезки (union) in feedwells, the convex bottoms and cases of tanks;
##фланцевые connections;
##элементы devices of columned type from the wind and seismic influences including established on a pedestal;
##опорные feedwells of devices of columned type;
##трубные lattices, casing, pipes, compensators, dilators, floating heads of heatexchange devices;
##элементы vessels and devices with shirts (cylindrical, U - shaped, partially captured by shirts, with zmeevikovy and register channels).
Functional features of the program:
##автоматическое determination of settlement sizes, such as the weight, settlement lengths, characteristics of rings of rigidity (both in cylindrical feedwells, and in saddle support), lengths of chords of circles, etc. after a task of geometry of elements and properties of the used materials;
##определение settlement thickness (both from internal, and from external pressure) and the allowed values of pressure, forces and the moments, in the course of an element task;
##при change of geometrical parameters or conditions of loading in an element after the prevention there is an automatic change of data in adjacent elements of all model – thus its integrity is maintained;
##выбор the used materials (in accordance with GOST, ASME, EN) from the database with a possibility of its replenishment, at the same time sizes of the allowed tension, elasticity modules, etc. are substituted and change the program at change of material, temperature or thickness of a wall automatically;
##задание elements of devices (flanges, laying, hairpins, covers, the bottoms, branch pipes, …) from the database in accordance with GOST, OST, ATK, CTO;
##формирование tables of unions.
Usability:
##объемное graphic display of geometry with a possibility of editing color, both separate elements, and all model;
## the "frame" and "translucent" image allowing to see internal elements;
##анализ basic data; in case the user did not enter all data, necessary for performance of calculation, or entered them incorrectly, the program issues the prevention until all data are not set;
##построение epyur loadings and movements when calculating columned devices and saddle support;
##настройка dimensions (SI, ISS, "British" system of units, etc. );
##формирование, viewing and the printing of the full report on calculations of elements of model with intermediate results of calculations. The report is issued according to ESKD and completely corresponds to the similar calculations made manually;
##автоматическое updating of the program.

Basic data are: type, geometrical characteristics and material of elements of a vessel or device, type and arrangement of support, type of tests, sizes of loadings. The choice of characteristics of the used materials is made from the database which can be corrected and be supplemented with the user. Results of calculation are given in the form of the full report on model elements with all intermediate results of calculations, are output in the MS Word format issued on ESKD.
