Training on Bases of financial literacy

In the period of an unstable economic situation many Kazakhstan citizens are more and more interested in improvement of the knowledge of finance. By experts in personal finance it is established long ago that financial wellbeing of the person for 90% depends not on how much he earns, and from that, how effectively he disposes of the fact that he already has and how many at it remains spare cash.
