TRM measuring instrument regulator

The TRM device is intended for measurement and regulation of physical parameters (temperature, pressure, etc. ), simultaneous control of the 8th executive mechanisms, and also for registration of the measured parameters for the COMPUTER. Food 220B of 50 Hz.

In the regulator can be about 8 universal entrances for connection from 1 to 8 sensors of different type in any combinations that allows to measure and control at the same time several various physical quantities (temperature, humidity, pressure, etc. )

For measurement of temperature connect to entrances:

- thermoconverters of resistance of TSM of graduation 50M/100M, gr.23, TSP of graduation 50P/100P;

- THK(L), THA (K), TZhK (J), TNN (N), TPP� thermocouples, TPP(S), TVR (A - 1).

For measurement of other physical quantities (pressure, an expense, humidity etc. ) sensors with the unified output signal can be used

- current 0.. . 5 ma, 0.. . 20 ma, 4.. . 20 ma;

- tension 0.. . 50 mV, 0.. . 1 Century.
CALCULATION OF ADDITIONAL SIZES:
- average values from 2 to 8 measured sizes;
- differences of the measured sizes;
- speeds of change of the measured size; - digital filtration, correction and scaling;

TO EIGHT CHANNELS of REGULATION OR REGISTRATION of temperature, pressure or other measured or calculated sizes:
- regulation under the on - off law;
- registration on an analog output (current 4.. . 20 ma).
LOGIC DEVICES:

The block of data processing includes eight logic devices (LD).

Today the user can set the following operating modes of logic devices:

- the comparison device — LU compares the measured value to a setting and gives the relay operating signal according to the set logic;

- the registrar — LU gives an analog signal in the range of 4.. . 20 ma, proportional to value of the measured parameter.

For work in the mode the registrar for the corresponding LU has to be set as a program way this mode and at the exit TsAP �параметр — current 4 is established. . . 20 мА�. One of eight output devices which serial number is set when programming can be connected to each LU.

BUILT - IN OUTPUT DEVICE: relay 4 A 220 V;

Any relay can carry out functions emergency that is set in the program way.

MANUAL CONTROL MODE output devices
CONFIGURATION of the function chart and installation of parameters:
- buttons on the front panel of the device;
- on the personal computer by means of the program configurator.

BUILT - IN RS - 485 INTERFACE (ARIES, Modbus ASCII/RTU protocol). The device can transmit the current value of the measured sizes through this interface, accept commands for change of installations and conditions of output devices.
