Mobile truborezny kromkostrogalny machine of a series ISD has the turning principle of processing of a detail that provides high purity of processing. Cutting of a pipe is made by two cutters. The rigid design of fastening of a demountable frame and supports of fastening on a pipe guarantees combination of initial and final points of a trajectory of the movement of a cutter, and also cutting of a pipe in the plane, a perpendicular axis of a pipe. The special tool a support copier rolls a pipe on an external or internal surface of a pipe, providing exact formation of geometry obtusion of an edge according to ovality of a pipe. Existence of two cutters allows to form an edge of a different form on the processed pipe. The design of a support allows to change quickly cutters without dismantle of the machine of a pipe.
