TsN-15-800h2UP cyclone

TsN-15 cyclones are intended for the dry purification of air and gases which are emitted at some technological processes (drying, roasting, agglomeration, combustion of fuel, etc.) and also purification of aspiration air. Are applied at the enterprises of ferrous and nonferrous metallurgy, chemical, oil and mechanical engineering industry, the industry of construction materials, in power, etc. Application of TsN-15 cyclones is inadmissible in the conditions of explosive environments; it is not recommended to apply them also to catching silnoslipayushchikhsya pyly, especially with small diameters of cyclones. Depending on productivity on gas and application conditions cyclones are made single execution (internal diameter from 200 to 2000 mm) or group execution of two, four, six and eight cyclones of identical internal diameter (from 300 to 900 mm).

Cyclones of group execution are made with the "left" and "right" rotation of a gas stream, single - only with the "right" rotation. Depending on configuration group cyclones can be with a chamber of the purified gas in the form of "snail" or in the form of the collection, and single only with "snail". Bunkers of cyclones - a pyramidal form. During the work of cyclones continuous unloading of dust has to be provided. At the same time dust level in bunkers has to be not higher than the plane located from a bunker cover on 0,5 diameters of a cyclone. The values of productivity referred to speed in cylindrical part of the V=2,5 cyclone and 4,0m/page are given in a technical characteristic. In usual conditions speed 4,0m/page is considered optimum. Speed 2,5m/with it is recommended to accept during the work with abrasive dust. Depending on temperature surrounding among cyclones make of carbonaceous steel (at a temperature up to -40 °C) or the low-alloyed steel (at a temperature below -40 °C).
