Tubular pasteurization plant with a capacity of 5000 l/h brand T1 - OUN is designed for quick pasteurization of milk in a stream at dairy, cheese - making, butter and milk canning plants. The unit is effectively used in cases where the subsequent milk processing process takes place at a temperature that differs little from the pasteurization temperature (for example, milk after pasteurization is sent to vacuum - evaporators). The tubular apparatus of the installation can be used as a cooler of milk and milk mixtures, a milk heater before separation and for high - temperature pasteurization of milk in the production of baked milk and fermented baked milk. When using the installation for its intended purpose, i. e. for pasteurization of milk, water vapor is used as a heat carrier for both cylinders of the tubular apparatus.
