Tunnel car washes

Automatic washing systems of tunnel type represent class of the most productive autowashing installations. Flow capacity of washing tunnels, depending on complete set, length of the conveyor and speed of its movement can make from 30 to 120 and more cars an hour. This type of automatic sinks is also known as "conveyor washing".

New tunnel portals from the EVOLUTION series have been developed at the end of 2014.
Technological designs of this series combine ideal washing, maximum speed of passing of all stages and attractive design.

Systems of brush cylinders can be in addition equipped with the direct drive. The direct drive is connected to the frequency converter. In comparison with the engine drives which are switched on in standard complete set, the direct drive saves up to 10% of the electric power and works quietly. One more advantage is that each cylinder can work with the necessary number of revolutions per minute depending on the used washing material.

The minimum length of 13,5 m with the washed-out frequency up to 30 cars an hour.
The maximum length of 46 m with the washed-out frequency up to 120 cars an hour.
