Lifting the car is carried out for poddomkratny platforms. The drive of the running screw from worm the motor reducer. In a design the motor reducer the worm wheel from low-noise polyamide is applied. The carriage, with the rotary beams fixed on it, moves in a column on rams of the increased wear resistance and with small coefficient of a sliding friction. Rotary beams are equipped with system of their fixing from any turn. Working nuts are made of polyamide of the increased durability and wear resistance. Running screws of the elevator are executed by the method of a nakatka increasing the term of their service. The maximum loading capacity is 3,3 tons, nominal 3,0 tons. The elevator is equipped with a multilevel security system. The PLD-3 elevator is installed on the basis concreted in a floor not being included in the package of delivery and delivered by the separate order.

By the separate order the elevator can be completed:

• set of the KO-1 support (4 pieces) for a raising of frame cars and the car "-the Gazelle" - for a frame.
• set of the KO-2 support (4 pieces) with the reduced height for lifting cars with a small road gleam from 110 mm. to 130 mm.

The elevator are completed with the unsoldered and marked connecting cable for wiring of the elevator and it is equipped with the trailer switches of press action limiting the carriage course up and down.
