The membrane of Tyvek Housewrap is the membrane which is slowing down distribution of a flame, for commercial and residential buildings, created with use of the new patented technology.
Material passed tests in the Russian laboratory Federal State Budgetary Institution VNIIPO Emercom of Russia by a technique of GOST of Russia "Materials construction. A test method on inflammability under the influence of a small flame". The decision was as a result received that Tyvek Housewrap does not treat group of combustible easily flammable materials.
Membranes of Tyvek Housewrap are modern easy membranes which provide restriction of distribution and self-attenuation of ignitions. For their creation the plamyazamedlyayushchy structure which is not containing halogens is used. It reduces probability of formation of drops and smoke, and also minimizes negative impact on the environment.
