The umbrella wall ventilating is intended for the organization of purification of air in kitchen from fat, oil, smoke and water vapor. The umbrella has to be connected to exhaust ventilating system of the enterprise where it is established. For acceleration of process of clarification of air and increase in frequency rate of exchange of air in inside umbrella fans can be installed. For simplicity of packing and transportation umbrellas are carried out by folding. Assembly is carried out by the consumer. In addition the umbrella can be equipped with the lamp.
All details of an umbrella are made of food stainless steel.

| "The design is folding, beskarkasny. All elements are made of food AISI 430 stainless steel. The umbrella consists of two main parts: box and labyrinth filters. In an average cover of a box two branch pipes with a diameter of 250 mm for convenience of connection of an umbrella to system of ventilation are removed. Elements of a box are connected among themselves by M6 bolts. Filters settle down in the center, forming the V - shaped camera to which branch pipes are brought. Labyrinth filters in the grease collector are installed without use of the tool that facilitates sanitary data processing of elements of an umbrella. Is included in the package: two face walls, two sidewalls, cover average, two side covers, two branch pipes, two clamps, grease collector, two drain trays and sixteen filters. " |
