The production technology of Unifleks consists in drawing on a glass-fiber or polyester basis bituminous and polymeric knitting, consisting of bitumen, butadiene - a styrene termoelastoplast and a filler. For protection of material use coarse-grained or fine-grained topping or a foil, or a polymeric film.
Unifleks has multilayered structure, at the same time each of 5 layers carries out the concrete function. As a basis fiber glass fabric, fiberglass, a polyester film is used. With external and inside of Unifleks it becomes covered by bituminous and polymeric structure, in turn, topping from small sand, a film or a foil.

When using as protection for facades (at installation on vertical walls) Unifleks also acts as an excellent waterproofing, at the same time he is capable to maintain high temperature loadings for a long time. All these unique properties are acquired in the course of modification by polymers of the main component of Unifleks - bitumen. Rubber or plastic is for this purpose applied. Unifleks, SBS which passed modification in production process, becomes more suitable for application in the conditions of low (to -40 °C) temperatures and more plastic. At the expense of plastic material becomes extremely heatresistant and more rigid.
