Vibrators of general purpose are used for mechanization of the main and auxiliary processes, for consolidation, transportations and unloadings of bulks, dehydration and a granulation of foodstuff, etc. - the Electromechanical vibrator of general purpose represents the asynchronous electric motor with a short-circuited rotor, with the debalansa established on a shaft. Its design provides vibrostability of a statorny winding and mechanical durability of a shaft of a rotor, bearing knot and case details. The stator of the electric motor is built in the aluminum or pig-iron cast case with a box of conclusions and the strengthened fastening elements to the vibromechanism. The shaft of a rotor leans on bearings. Debalansny adjustable knots are closed by protection covers. In a box of conclusions the terminal panel for connection of conclusions of the stator with a conducting cable is installed. - Regulation of the compelling force and amplitude of fluctuations is carried out by change of interposition of debalans.
At rotation of a rotor of the electric motor there are circular fluctuations of the vibrator and the mechanism attached to it.
For transformation of circular fluctuations to the directed two same vibrators are established on one plate with a parallel arrangement of shaft. Rotation of rotors of electric motors of vibrators at their connection to a network has to be opposite, at the same time sizes of the determined static moment of both vibrators are summarized.
