FEATURES OF THE DESIGN

The vibroactivator generates the directed compelling forces as unaccented sign-variable, close to sinusoidal, and at the same time unilateral percussions. It is intended for use as the vibrodrive of various elements, devices, mechanisms. Its anvil is executed with two flannelette surfaces, and at the expense of a possibility of its turning the vibroactivator is adjusted on two operating modes: "rigid" blow to a steel flannelette surface and "soft" blow to the flannelette surface covered with elastic material.

The vibroactivator consists of the drummer, the diaphragm forming a diaphragm power chamber, anvils with fastening elements to the object subjected to vibroloading, the cuff valve forming a manzhetno-valvate power chamber and the spool-type final device which at returnable progress of the drummer periodically reports this chamber with a source of compressed air.

PRINCIPLE OF ACTION

At inclusion compressed air on channels of the inlet device comes at the same time to both power chambers. As working area manzhetno-is more than valvate power chamber, than at a diaphragm power chamber, the drummer begins to move towards posldny, compressing in it air. On a certain site of the way the drummer blocks supply of compressed air and further moves due to inertia and pressure at process of expansion of compressed air in a manzhetno-valvate chamber until there is its depressurization owing to a cuff valve separation from a sealing corbel of the anvil which fulfilled compressed air through the formed gap vykhlopyvatsya in the atmosphere. The drummer stops, and then under the influence of pressure in a diaphragm chamber disperses in the opposite direction and strikes blow to an anvil. By this time the cuff valve nestles on a sealing corbel of an anvil, the manzhetno-valvate power chamber is pressurized, the admission opens and the cycle is repeated.

The technical and economic effect of introduction of these vibroactivators depends on specific conditions of their application.

It is recommended to apply to improvement of release and unloading of bulks, concrete and other construction mixes from bunkers and capacities, to the drive of vibration conveyors, and feeders, in the devices condensing concrete and other materials.
