Description
It is one of methods of nondestructive control of an optical look. It is based on obtaining primary information on controlled object at visual supervision or by means of optical devices and measuring instruments. It is organoleptic control, i.e. perceived by sense organs (organs of vision). Methods of an optical look" establishes requirements to control methods of an optical look.
External survey (VIK-ohms) check quality of training and assemblies of preparations under welding, quality of performance of seams in the course of welding and quality of ready welded connections. As a rule, external survey control all welded products irrespective of application of other types of control. Visual control in many cases is rather informative and is the cheapest and operational control method.
The visual control method allows to find nesploshnost, deviations of the size and a form from the set more than 0,1 mm when using devices with increase to 10 x. Visual control is, as a rule, made by naked eye or with use of magnifying magnifying glasses to 7 x. In doubtful cases and at technical diagnosing application of magnifying glasses with increase to 20 is allowed x. Before carrying out visual control the surface in a zone of control has to be cleared of a rust, scale, dirt, paint, oil, metal splashes, and other pollution interfering survey. At Visual and Measuring Control of welded seams a zone of control is the welded seam and sites of the main metal adjoining to it on width not less than 20 mm in each party from a seam from two surfaces if both of them are available to survey. Visual control is carried out before carrying out other control methods. The defects found at visual control have to be eliminated before monitoring procedure with other methods.Contact the seller
