Gamboge Indian (Latin Garcinia indica) — the plant of family of Kluziyevye, a type of the sort Gamboge growing in evergreen forests of Southwest India. Vrikshamla or Garcinia fruit are used to prepare the cooled syrups within summer months. Other name of this plant in India - kokum or to cooks. To cooks it is widely used in Thailand and in the south for conservation of fish and as the seasoning improving digestion, delyushchy food more nourishing and satisfying. Extracts of fruits of this plant help to keep the thin and tightened figure. Is an analog of the Gamboge Cambodian and is the effective splitter of subcutaneous fat.

The main active ingredient of the Gamboge Indian and Gamboges Cambodian - hydroxylemon acid. Hydroxylemon acid (the main component of a gamboge) suppresses appetite, slows down transformation of carbohydrates into fats, increases energy potential of an organism, promotes decrease in level of cholesterol in blood, reduces liver obesity. Gamboge fruits, as we know, reduce transformation and accumulation of fat in a body and reduce weight. Are an analog of the Gamboge Cambodian.
