Purpose

VSK - type trolley with a removable body is designed for transporting rock mass when driving horizontal mine workings.

The poured density of the material is not more than = 2.11 t / m3 with a loosening coefficient = 1.37.

The maximum size of the transported pieces of rock mass is 250mm.

A distinctive feature of the trolley is the presence of a removable body. This allows unloading the trolley with a crane directly into vehicles without uncoupling the train and does not require the installation of tippers, bunkers, overpasses and other intermediate devices.
For unloading, it is recommended to use a crane with a capacity of at least 15 tons, at the required reach, equipped with an auxiliary winch. A special traverse is used to lift and flip the body.

 

Traverse

A traverse is a removable load - handling device designed for slinging and moving the body of a VSK - type trolley during unloading.

The design of the traverse eliminates the possibility of spontaneous uncoupling and ensures the stability of the trolley body during its lifting and moving.
The use of a traverse ensures that only vertical forces act on the trolley body, while the compressive forces are perceived by the traverse.
