It is intended for curing of chamber and truck tubeless tires avtomombily with a diameter up to 1.7 m and other types of the works connected with rubber curing. Use of a vulcanizer and for repair of tires of agricultural machinery is possible. The main advantages of a vulcanizer are reliability of constructive decisions, simplicity and convenience of operation. Existence of a rotary clamp, system of preparation of air, the block of automatic control, a pneumatic cylinder of rise/lowering of a rotary strubitsa, heating elements with the measured geometry of a working surface provide high quality and low labor input of the performed works. For ensuring stability of temperature of heating elements the temperature regulator is built in each of them.
