VETRO-VLAGOZASHCHITNAYA VAPOR-PERMEABLE MEMBRANE

It is applied in buildings of all types to protection of a heater and internal elements of walls and roofs against condensate and wind. Is established from outer side of a heater under external facing of a wall or a roofing covering. From the outer side "Izospan And" has a smooth water-repellent surface. Inside — with rough anti-condensate structure which is intended for keeping of drops of condensate and the subsequent their evaporation in an air stream. Protects from penetration of condensate into a design and a heater from external environment, providing aeration of water vapor from a heater.
Application "Izospan And" allows to improve significantly heat-shielding characteristics of a heater and to prolong service life of all design. "Izospan And" is made of modern polymers and possesses a number of advantages before traditional materials:

— high mechanical durability; it is convenient in application
— it is ecologically safe, does not emit harmful substances
— keeps the properties during long term
— it is resistant to influence of chemicals and bacteria

In a design of the warmed roof:
Izospan And is applied as a subroofing vetrovlagozashchitny membrane in the warmed roofs with a tilt angle over 35 °C various coverings: a metal tile, a natural tile, soft bituminous tiles, the pro-thinned-out sheets, etc. Is established over a heater over rafters under an obreshetka. Serves for protection of a heater and the bearing elements against subroofing condensate and as additional protection against wind.

In designs of walls of buildings with external warming:
Izospan And serves for protection of external walls of low buildings from a bar, the panel board, frame or combined design from influence of atmospheric moisture and wind in all cases of application of an external covering (lining, a siding) at external warming of walls. Is established from outer side of a heater under a building covering.

it is sleepy And is used for protection of a heater in designs of the ventilated facades of multystoried buildings with external warming. Protects a heater from the influence of cold air, wind, atmospheric moisture and snow getting into the ventilated gap under external facing. Promotes evaporation of moisture from a heater.

Instruction for installation of materials Izospan And

P ri installation of the warmed roof "Izospan And" is rolled and cut directly on roofing rafters over a heater (Fig. 1,2). Installation is conducted by horizontal panels with an overlap, the smooth party outside, since the lower part of a roof. Overlapping of panels on horizontal joints — not less than 15 cm, on vertical not less than 20 cm. Around a roof ridge between panels it is necessary to leave a ventilating gap of 5-8 cm. The stretched material becomes stronger on rafters wooden antiseptirovanny counterlaths of 3х5 cm on nails or self-tapping screws. On counterlaths the obreshetka or a continuous board flooring depending on type of a roofing covering is mounted. For aeration of condensate between a moisture protective membrane and a heater the ventilating gap of 3-5 cm, and between a membrane and a roofing covering on the counterlath thickness (3-5 cm) is provided. Material has to be fixed in the tense situation with the minimum sagging between rafters (no more than 2 cm). It is impossible to allow contacts of the material "Izospan And" with a heater as it leads to decrease in the waterproofing ability of material. The lower edge has to provide a natural drain of moisture from a membrane surface in a gutter. For aeration of water vapor and condensate important that the subroofing space was ventilated. For this purpose air vents for air circulation are provided in the lower part of a roof and around the fad.
Attention: the material "Izospan And" is not intended for application as the main roofing covering. At installation, for temporary protection of building constructions, it is recommended to use the materials "Izospan With" or "Izospan D".
P ri a construction of walls of low buildings with external warming (Fig. 3,4) "Izospan And" is mounted on a wooden framework over a heater, since the lower part of a wall. Panels settle down horizontally, the smooth party outside, with an overlap with overlapping on horizontal and vertical joints not less than 10 cm also are fixed on a framework by the construction stapler or galvanized nails. Over a covering on a framework the wooden counterlaths bearing an external covering (lining, a siding, etc.) fasten. The ventilating gap of 3-5 cm between a membrane and an external covering on counterlath thickness is surely provided. The lower edge of a membrane has to provide removal of the flowing-down moisture on drainage discharge of a socle of the building.
In designs of the ventilated facades of multystoried buildings "Izospan And" accommodates over a heater the smooth party outside from the inside of the ventilated gap. Installation is conducted according to the used assembly system and type of external facing. In all cases it is important that material well adjoined to a heater, it was strongly fixed to elements of assembly system and had no provis and loose sites as it can lead to acoustic "cottons" under the influence of sharp wind loadings in the ventilated gap. The scheme of placement of panels has to provide a natural drain of the external moisture getting under facing.
