Warming of a balcony (warm balcony)

We got used to use each centimeter of our apartment: a sliding wardrobe in a hall, storerooms and mezzanines, "wall" in a drawing room. And, of course, the balcony did not avoid the fate. Many that a sin to conceal, is used by loggias and balconies as a warehouse for stuff. Yes, you did not mishear! And how on another it is possible to call old skis and the broken bicycle which and are a pity for throwing out, and nobody will already use? But there is also more practical, also the decision, favorable to all members of household, – to equip the small gym, a restroom, an office or the nursery on a balcony is modern.

The main mistake which is made by many square meters hunters – haste. Fast put double-glazed windows, cover cracks even quicker and put the radiator which is previously included in the socket. It is ready! But for some reason, in the room temperature seldom rises to comfortable. Heat leaves on the street, and we simply watch it. For comfortable stay indoors it is necessary to warm a balcony!

Very often for deduction of heat indoors use extruded expanded polystyrene – the heater which well proved. Low heat conductivity, small thickness, easy, is not scattered, easily knifed – not a heater, and just a find.

Warming of a floor (if for heating it is not supposed to use system of heat-insulated floors) is made by the same principle: the heater gives all the best between a log, made of wooden whetstones. At the same time the golden rule works: the more a heater it is put on a floor, the better. However the floor of a balcony cannot be lifted above a step: not only that it is inconvenient, it will reduce also the general height of a loggia which should not be lower than 2 meters 45 centimeters. After the heater is laid, it is sewn up from above with sheets of plywood on which linoleum or a laminate gives all the best.
