The instruction of Quick - Start is on the right side of a hydrometer. Probe sensor of temperature Wile - 651 (additional equipment). Wile - 651 is connected to Wile - 65 and takes temperature of grain, hay, compost, etc. , range: 0 - 60 °C. Length of the sensor is 100 cm. Error of ±2 °C.

Usability

Measurements by means of Wile 65 are simple and fast. This measuring device is run by two buttons and has the display, convenient for reading, directing your actions during measurements. The display displays a grade of grain and helps to make necessary settings before measurements. On the lateral panel of a hydrometer there is a short management reminding the main steps at measurement of humidity of grain.

The device is ready to work after the corresponding type of grain is chosen. For carrying out measurements just it is necessary to fill up grain in a measuring cell, to press it a cover and began to press the button measurements.

Measurement takes place exclusively quickly and simply. Wile 65 always shows test temperature; there is a socket for connection of the additional, external temperature sensor (W 651) which can be used for various measurements of temperature of grain, a silo, compost and other substances.

When using the external temperature sensor the result is displayed on the display by big figures.

Multifunctionality

Wile 65 is capable to distinguish 16 various grades of grain or seeds which are stored in memory of the device. Farmcomp actively monitors emergence and removal of new grades of grain and respectively modifies the scales used in Wile hydrometers. Choosing Wile hydrometer, you can be sure that it will reliably work in your economy.

The hydrometer of Wile is equipped with also conditional scale showing the nominal size of measurement. It is used, first of all, for calibration of the device, and also for measurement of humidity of grain which grade is not one of 16 grades programmed in memory of a hydrometer. At the same time the tables of the translation including several additional grades of grain are used.

Correction by the user

All hydrometers of Wile before leaving from plant in Finland, pass calibration at an adjustable temperature. In various years electric properties of grain can, as a result of impact of a rain or wind, it is essential to differ from properties of reference grain.

In these cases the user can make correction according to properties of the grain which is considered commodity or, preferably, with results of tests for thermal aging. Such correction is temporary and does not influence the main scale programmed in memory of a hydrometer.

Automatic temperature compensation the Hydrometer of Wile 65 is equipped with two temperature sensors, one of which is located on an electronic circuit payment, and the second - in a measuring cell. These sensors compensate a difference of temperatures of test and the hydrometer, automatically correcting the displayed value. This function provides the maximum accuracy at measurement of humidity of grain.

Grain grades for which measurements can be performed

The most widespread grades of grain are stored in memory of Wile 65, at the same time regional differences in characteristics of grain are specially programmed. Besides the programmed grades of grain, Wile 65 can take measurements of humidity of various grades of grain and seeds by means of special tables of the translation.

With Wile 65 the additional, external temperature Wile 651 sensor allowing to take temperature of various substances can be used. Wile 651 has length of 90 cm and range of measurement of temperature 0 - 60 of C.
