The wood heating Stavr furnace is intended for effective heating of inhabited and production rooms, temporary houses, garages, cellars, greenhouses, and also for heating of food.
DEVICE OF THE FURNACE AND PRINCIPLE OF WORK
The furnace case, represents the squared all-welded design made of constructional steel 3 mm thick. In the case 2 rows of the crossing convective pipes and a chipper at the expense of which the difficult movement of combustion gases is formed are located. Air streams intensively heat up in pipes and provide fast warming up of the room. For supply of secondary air in a furnace chamber on a back wall of the furnace jets are located, (dozhigatelny channels).
Door, rotating on the hinge, opens on 1400 and has a cavity with the sealant established in it. The locking mechanism reliably fixes a furnace door in a closed position. The grid-iron lattice is made of whole foundry cast iron.
Sidewalls of the furnace are captured by a casing convector which provides the most effective, uniform, safe warming up of the room, at the expense of convective streams, and also protect from infrared radiation.
The top surface of the case of the furnace is used as a cooking surface.
