Are intended for production and a zapayka of packages from polymeric films up to 300 microns thick. or production of packages from a sleeve of the same film.
Principle of action:
The timer of a zapayka is installed according to temperature of melting and thickness of material. Optimum position of the timer is defined by practical consideration.
The package is put on a working surface.
The lever of a zapayka is pressed (at the same time the control lamp which dies away after implementation of a zapayka lights up).

• In a set with the welder two nikhromovy elements and two spare protective tapes are applied.

• For increase in service life of a heating element it is necessary to clear a surface of a protective tape of the sticking pieces of polymers. For cleaning of a protective teflon tape use a soft brush or dry and pure fabric.
• For improvement of quality of a seam it is recommended to lift the lever in 1 - 2 seconds after switching off of the indicator.
