Floor pulse pedal welders are intended for welding and cutting polyethylene, polypropylene or PVC of a film, production of packages or a zapayka of ready packages of the big sizes from polymeric films by thickness to 200mk.
Welders are widely used when packing foodstuff, medicines, toys, electronic components, construction mixes, etc.

• Pulse type, the drive of the lever of a zapayka is carried out from a pedal.
• Undoubted advantages of these zapayshchik of packages of polymeric films are: high quality of a seam, high safety in operation, universality in relation to type and thickness of the welded films that is reached by smooth adjustment of time of welding.
• In a set with the welder two nikhromovy elements and two spare protective tapes are applied.
• For increase in service life of a heating element it is necessary to clear a surface of a protective tape of the sticking pieces of polymers. For cleaning of a protective teflon tape use a soft brush or dry and pure fabric.
• For improvement of quality of a seam it is recommended to lift the lever in 1 - 2 seconds after switching off of the indicator.
