Grain moves in mine by gravity. In the course of the movement grain flows round a box of hot air and is divided into 2 streams. In process of the movement after pass of a box grain connects in one stream again. Thanks to such movement grain repeatedly mixes up in the course of drying. Hot air passes through the bringing air channel through the grain layer moving down and comes to light through a diversion channel.
Equipment of a zernosushilka
The cyclohair dryer (standard complete set) - is calculated on the wide range of a consumption of air from 24000 m3 to 42000 m3. It is made of steel of 2 mm. The painted surface increases durability.
For service of the cyclohair dryer platforms with safety hand - rail are provided.
Thermal insulation - is included in the standard package and completely covers a chamber with hot air from within. Structure: mineral wool. Such covering saves from 10% to 15% of fuel. This percent varies from temperature of drying and ambient temperature and humidity.
The heatgenerating equipment - the heatgenerating equipment a zernosushilok "Voronezhselmash" is capable to work not only at traditional types of fuel (natural gas, diesel fuel, the liquefied gas), but also at fire chambers on solid fuel, and also systems of heating of air by means of steam. Torches of the leading global manufacturers are used.
The system of noise reduction (option) - thanks to specially sprofilirovanny channel and mesh walls allows to absorb the most part of the noise created by a turbulent stream of the axial fan. It is made of steel of 2 mm.
The fire extinguishing system (option) - consists of the pipelines located at the different levels of the dryer. The pipeline with a sprinkler is entered into each column. The system distributes water supply on each level opening of the spherical crane.
The model range is presented by zernosushilka with a productivity from 5 to 200 t/h at decrease in humidity from 19 to 16% .
