The principle of work of a zernosushilka consists in the subsequent technological scheme: damp grain from the bunker of loading moves in a loading noriya, from a noriya spontaneously gets to the bunker over the heating camera, and then via the loading device, to the heating camera. The grain heated to a certain temperature comes to a heatmoisture exchanger. In a heatmoisture exchanger grain rests in bed a current of 10-15 min. Further a part of grain gets to the mine of the additional heating blown by the agent of drying, and a part to the mines blown by cold atmospheric air. The cooled grain goes via the besprivodny final device to a noriya of dry grain and further to a warehouse or the bunker – the store. The warmed-up grain through besprivodny unloading gets to a recirculation noriya and again to the bunker over the heating camera where mixes up with crude grain. If of the dryer goes out crude grain, then it is repeatedly directed to the heating camera, at the same time stop giving from the bunker of crude grain until at the exit there is no set humidity of grain. Heating of grain is carried out at the expense of the agent of drying who gives hot air to a drying zone the fan. The purge of the mine of final cooling is made by the fan atmospheric air. The purge of mines of a circulating contour is made by the fan forcing hot air from a fire chamber.
