The framework at oxide of zirconium has properties of translucency and light transmissivity, similar to those of tooth dentine. The framework can be made under color of dentine of tooth that makes it more similar to natural tissues of tooth.

Biocompatibility

Zirconium oxide especially suits the patients suffering from intolerance to certain materials and metals. From the point of view of biocompatibility, such type of bezmetallovy restorations is ideal.

The processed data are loaded into the computer connected to the digital micromilling machine and there is a framework vytachivaniye from the integral block of oxide of zirconium. After the end of milling agglomeration of weight in the special high-temperature furnace is carried out that provides high-strength characteristics of material of a framework. Further the dental technician covers the framework special ceramic weight having coefficient of temperature expansion, similar to ZrO2.
