Technical characteristics Design of the refkonteyner. The reefer container has two main constructional units: body and refrigerator unit. The body of the container consists of the bearing framework and polyurethane foam the sandwich of panels with the external covering from the duralumin leaf (thickness - 2,0 mm), and the internal covering from the pro - thinned - out sheet food stainless steel (thickness - 0.6 mm). The floor of the container is made of T of the - shaped aluminum shape with the durability expected application when processing goods of the usual warehouse loader. Doors are made of the same as the body polyurethane foam the sandwich of panels and are equipped with the special locks allowing to close hermetically cargo section of the container. The refrigerator unit placed in the body end face supports in the automatic mode in the container the set temperature in the range from + 15 With to - 25o S. from the 3 - phase electric network with tension 360/460B with a frequency of 50 Hz.

Principle of action of the reefer container.
The air flow with the certain temperature moves from the refrigerator unit in the container at the level of the floor, then passes along T - shaped profiles of the floor, at the end of the container rises along doors to the ceiling and already along the ceiling returns to the refrigerator unit. During circulation air, depending on the set parameters, heats or cools the internal volume of the container, providing, thus, temperature and humidity necessary for maintenance of the set mode of storage of goods.
